Sandvik Mining invites applications for a Productivity Partner based at Mogalakwena Sandsloot to support safety, reliability and equipment uptime across Black Mountain and Gamsberg operations. You will work with site stakeholders on maintenance scheduling, parts planning, training and equipment health checks, spending significant time on site to drive performance and share knowledge.

Qualificações

• Matric/Grade 12 is required.
• Section 13 Trade Certificate in Millwright/Electrical or Diesel Mechanic (NQF 4) is required.
• Tertiary Engineering qualification (NQF 6) is advantageous.
• Basic computer literacy and English proficiency are essential.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in underground mining environments are required.

Responsabilidades

• Improve equipment availability, reliability and productivity through enhanced maintenance and operation practices.
• Support MTBF/MTTR improvements via maintenance scheduling, parts selection and health checks.
• Coordinate reliability of Sandvik equipment across sites.
• Spend significant time on site to kick off performance contracts or complete projects.
• Communicate effectively, lead by example, and uphold Sandvik standards and procedures.
