Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience focusing on Mining and Engineering.
• Ability to manage complex recruitment assignments and build client relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of mining and engineering roles and skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• A relevant degree or tertiary qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mining and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the mining, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
• Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates through various channels, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
• Understand client needs and market dynamics to provide strategic recruitment advice.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, verifying technical skills and experience relevant to the Richards Bay area.
• Achieve placement targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the consultancy.
