Job summary

Schauenburg Systems is seeking a skilled electrical/electronics technician to install, repair, certify and support electronic products and systems at mining sites, ensuring safety and performance.

You will work with maintenance, testing, documentation, and provide on-site technical support, while adhering to quality and safety standards.

A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required; knowledge of Advantage product and Microsoft Office beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum required technical knowledge in electrical/electronics.
• Experience with hardware and software on mine sites.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, certify and support electronic products and systems on mine sites.
• Set up and test units to meet requirements.
• Perform quality checks per company policy.
• Troubleshoot issues to identify root cause and escalate if needed.
• Maintain electronic equipment and software per standards.
• Provide project support and assist with new projects.
• Operate hand tools and small power tools as required.
• Ensure housekeeping and complete required documentation.
