Job description

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Agent to focus on the following product suites: Business Internet LTE, Wireless, Wireless Air, and Fibre for business clients. The role involves expanding market acceptance of the brand, enhancing overall sales output, and taking full accountability for assigned monthly targets set by the Regional Team Leader (RTL). The goal is to increase new sales through new business generation, promoting our solutions and technologies to the market. The position emphasizes aggressive direct Business Internet sales and achieving specific targets. Projects may change based on client requests from time to time.

Responsibilities of a Direct Sales Agent:
  1. Daily Feed Activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly direct Business Internet sales targets (target 25 per month).
  • Conduct at least 20 visits per day to businesses, SMEs, or SOHOs, aligned with regional execution.
  • Keep the sales pipeline updated daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals to increase the daily pipeline.
  • Participate in daily product training via Teams or on-site with the RTL.
  • Monitor and submit travel summaries daily for RTL approval.
  • Provide daily and weekly feedback to line management regarding activities and sales progress.
  • Ensure proper attire and presentation as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with RTL, Regional Manager, and Single Point of Contact on strategic matters.
  • Daily Reporting Tasks
    • Complete and submit the daily sales register to the RTL.
    • Record competitor activities and field activities accurately.
    • Address and resolve red flags promptly.
    • Submit monthly travel logs with 100% accuracy to the RTL.
    • Achieve at least 25 approved Business Internet sales monthly, with a minimum of 12 Wireless, Wireless Air, or Fibre sales to qualify for commission.
    • Facilitate orders and quotes, and expedite sales orders.
    • Organize at least one quality promotion per week in the designated area with the RTL.
