Overview

OVERSEE ALL ASPECTS OF MINE SITES DAILY OPERATIONS. PRODUCTION TARGETS, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS. MANAGE SITE PERSONNEL, DEVELOP OPERATIONAL PLANS INCLUDING DRILLING, BLASTING, EXCAVATION AND ORE EXTRACTION. RESOURCE AND EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT, BUDGETING AND REPORTING. STAKEHOLDER LIAISON.

Qualifications

• POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELOR / B-TECH DEGREE IN MINING ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD
• MUST HOLD A COMPETENT A CERTIFICATE
• 5 - 7 YEARS EXPERENCE IN MINING OPERATIONS WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS IN A MANAGERIAL ROLE
• PRIOR EXP AT SITE MANAGEMENT LEVEL
