Placements24 is seeking a Mine Environmental Officer in Benoni, Gauteng. The role supports the compliance and sustainability team, monitoring air, water, noise, and biodiversity, and developing mitigation strategies and EMS procedures.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Management, at least 5 years in environmental management (preferably mining), and strong reporting and stakeholder engagement skills for operations in Gauteng.
