Job summary

Ndc Personnel is urgently hiring a Millwright Technician for a leading FMCG operation based in the Western Cape. The role focuses on maintaining and refurbishing machinery, performing fault-finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical breakdowns, and ensuring equipment operates reliably.

The ideal candidate holds a Red Seal Millwright Trade Test, Matric and an N3 qualification, with 2–3 years’ experience as a Tetra Technician within an FMCG environment. Shifts are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tetra equipment, policies, and procedures.
• 2–3 years’ experience as a Tetra Technician in FMCG environment.
• Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refurbish machinery to ensure optimal operation.

You will perform machinery refurbishment and preventative maintenance, carry out fault-finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical breakdowns, perform equipment inspections and machine assembly. This role requires strong knowledge of Tetra equipment, policies, and procedures.
To be considered, candidates should hold a Red Seal Millwright Trade Test, Matric and a minimum N3 qualification (Engineering Studies or similar). This role also requires 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Tetra Technician in an FMCG environment. This position requires the ability to work shifts.
