Job summary

A leading beverage company in South Africa seeks a skilled maintenance technician to oversee plant efficiency, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure quality product delivery. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in the bottling industry, strong instrumentation, and electrical skills, along with a Grade 12 education in Maths and Science.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in Bottling Industry (PET; Can; Injector).
• 3 years’ experience in instrumentation.
• 3 years’ experience in PLC, SCADA & HMI.
• 3 years’ experience in Switchgear & VSD.
• 3 years’ experience in pneumatics and hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the plant technology to a high level of efficiency.
• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance in the plant.
• Deliver the required amount of product to the stipulated quality standards at the right time.
