Description: Our client in the automotive industry based in Uitenhage is currently looking to employ a Millwright with Injection Moulding experience.

Requirements:

• Millwrights who have Injection Moulding experience/ who are familiar with working at a factory (paintline) - preferred.
• Minimum - Matric Qualification
• A relevant Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
• Technical Education NTC4 - Millwright Trade Tested.
• 2-4 Years Experience in the Manufacturing and/ or Automotive Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and maintenance of pneumatic/hydraulic controls and their components.
• Installation work on machines and systems.
• Component testing and documentation after maintenance work.
• Special tasks according to definition of plant-specific process instruction and instructions by superiors.
• Knowledge of the maintenance program, basic knowledge of mechatronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, drive technology.
• Participation in process improvements as part of RPS – proper handling of work materials.
• Delivery according to specific standards and guidelines.
• Share - communicate information by statements, suggestions, gesture or appearance.
• Basic understanding of paint processes, paint robots, and fault finding.
