Responsibilities

• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth factory operation through strict preventative maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Ensure proper setup of factory equipment.
• Be hands-on to resolve autonomous maintenance issues promptly.
• Identify and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Analyze, respond to, and resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce production loss.
• Follow protocols and interpret technical drawings for efficient work.
• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance in mechanical, electrical, and control (PLC) areas.
• Adhere to safe work practices.
• Ensure the production of quality products.
• Take personal ownership of production efficiencies.
• Execute pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical repairs.
• Install and commission machinery and equipment.

Qualifications

• Trade Tested Millwright qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment within the FMCG industry.
• Bakery experience is an advantage.
• PLC experience is required.
