Qualifications

• Matric and Qualified Millwright are essential.
• Experience in pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and electrical panel building.
• Strong fault-finding abilities with machines and drive systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and improvement of production equipment and machinery.
• Commissioning and upgrading mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is essential.

Specific job knowledge and experience in:

Detailed pneumatic knowledge

Detailed hydraulic knowledge

Ultrasonic welding knowledge

Sewing machine knowledge

Electrical panel building, wiring, reading drawings and commissioning

Fault finding ability with regards to sensors, drives, motors, PLC’s and machines

Maintenance and improvement of existing production equipment, presses and injection moulding machinery

Mechanical and electrical maintenance, upgrading and commissioning of all equipment.

TPM working knowledge

Knowledge on MS office
