Rich's - Maintenance Technician

Key Accountabilities / Outcomes

1. Attend to reports of breakdowns and equipment failures promptly.
2. Install new equipment and fixtures, removing and disposing of old equipment according to company regulations.
3. Perform quarterly continuous improvement projects to enhance production equipment efficiency.
4. Reduce downtime through effective maintenance processes.
5. Complete and file job cards for all work performed.
6. Maintain designated areas according to plant engineering standards and safety regulations.
7. Assist in plant upgrades and pending projects.
8. Report issues related to the food safety management system.
9. Participate in workshop activities, including 5S housekeeping.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

• Minimum 5 years' work experience, preferably in manufacturing or dairy plants.
• Ability to work shifts and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical and spatial aptitude.
• Electrical and mechanical skills, including disassembly and reassembly of equipment.
