Qualifications

• This role requires a capable conceptual thinker who can translate creative direction into compelling design solutions while balancing client needs and brand objectives.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating capability across digital, print, social and multimedia design.
• Strong design, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in relevant creative tools and software, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assigned projects and deadlines.
• A passion for craft excellence, continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with Art Directors, Creative Directors and senior team members to develop and execute creative concepts that are fit-for-platform.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, editors and other team members to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables.
• Translate creative requirements into visually engaging and brand-consistent design solutions under guidance of leadership.
• Produce compelling designs and storyboards for media including digital, print, social and multimedia.
• Manage assigned projects, timelines and priorities effectively, with feedback iterations from senior staff.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and apply relevant techniques to projects.
