Amidel seeks a skilled Middle Office Specialist to support our clients in the trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate product valuation and resolving P&L discrepancies. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of financial instruments and market dynamics.

You will engage in data analysis, market data creation, mapping, testing, and contribute to benchmark reform projects while building robust controls across processes.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years in a relevant financial services role.
• Bachelor’s or post-graduate degree in quantitative/finance fields.
• FRM/CFA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in trade life cycle events across the trade lifecycle.
• Remediate Profit and Loss discrepancies and propose permanent fixes.
• Participate in new product approvals, ensuring correct valuation and market data availability.
• Ensure accurate valuation of all products.
• Analyze data from trading systems for valuation, risk and P&L perspectives.
• Contribute to market data creation, mapping, testing and sign-off.
• Build controls around key processes.
