Job summary

NTCSA is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead planning, formulate strategies, implement and maintain professional project support for the multi-million-rand network expansion portfolio. The role is based at Megawatt Park, Sunninghill, Gauteng, and requires extensive PM knowledge and leadership.

The successful candidate will have a 7-year track record in project management, a relevant degree, and strong skills in governance, change leadership and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project management procedures, guidelines and standards.

• Establish and manage the project contracting environment.
• Act as a project management centre of excellence.
• Manage programme and project management mentoring and coaching.
