Job summary

Carrol Boyes is seeking a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer in Cape Town to deliver high-quality design across digital, print, OOH and in-house platforms. You will concept, refine, and produce polished on-brand work within budgets and timelines, collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Lead.

You should have 2–4 years of design experience, a graphic design qualification, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Packaging experience and interactive media skills are valued assets.

Responsibilities

• Execute design and creative work for marketing & communication campaigns across digital, print, OOH and in-house platforms
• Conceptualise design work in response to briefs, applying sound design principles and brand strategy
• Deliver polished, on-brand design work to a consistently high standard
• Input and refine design elements for briefs covering internal, digital, ATL and BTL campaigns
• Apply commercial and target-market thinking to own design work, concepts should be effective for the audience and cost-effective to produce
• Ensure all own design work adheres to the Carrol Boyes brand identity and CI guidelines
• Check own artwork for accuracy: copy, layout, and production readiness
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the quality standard required
• Liaise with the marketing team to clarify brief requirements and provide status updates
• Manage own workload and prioritisation within allocated projects and timelines
