Role Overview

We're searching for a passionate and talented Mid-Weight Designer who gets excited about crafting beautiful and meaningful design. Somebody who is eager to grow alongside a supportive and collaborative team. A passionate designer open to new ideas, driven to create the best work possible, and dedicated to helping your team shine.

The Work:

  • You'll be diving into conceptualising ideas for projects of all sizes, from full through-the-line campaign thinking to a leaflet. This is your chance to hone your ability to develop "big ideas" that can be brought to life across multiple mediums.
  • You'll understand the difference between a core idea and its execution and be able to generate multiple executions from a single idea.
  • You'll have a good understanding of the digital landscape, including SoMe, banners, websites, apps, and more.
  • You'll have a strong knowledge of DTP and retouching, be able to work with extended platform requirements (social media, general media), and know how to effectively brief and collaborate with the team.

Agency Processes:

  • You'll be fully familiar with all agency departments and the key processes for creating and producing exceptional work: briefing, brainstorming, reviewing, presenting, and production.

The Briefing Process:

  • You'll take ownership of the briefing process, ensuring you have a clear understanding of the project objectives by requesting a kickstart session or asking questions for clarity.

Design Inspiration:

  • You'll maintain a curated collection of inspiring design, art direction, photography, animation, and other resources to fuel your creativity and growth.

Skills and Requirements

  • 4+ years of agency experience (Show us what you've got!)
  • Experience creating conceptual design for a variety of brands and projects.
  • You understand the difference between decoration and creative problem-solving.
  • You're a visual thinker who can also articulate your ideas with words.
  • You're receptive to feedback and can adapt your approach when needed.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You're always looking for opportunities to maximize creative impact.
  • You understand design programmes and feel at home within Adobe.
