Join the Antal Team – Mid-Level Resourcer (Hybrid, Montague Gardens)

Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)

Antal International is a global recruitment firm with a strong presence across five continents. Our South African office is expanding, and we are looking for a Mid-Level Resourcer to join our growing delivery team in Montague Gardens.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment lifecycle by identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates. You’ll work closely with consultants to understand briefs and deliver talent aligned to client needs. The role requires strong research ability, persistence, attention to detail, and the confidence to interact with candidates at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates using Boolean search techniques, job boards, and our internal ATS/database
  • Conduct market mapping and candidate research to support proactive talent pipelining
  • Engage candidates through direct outreach (email and phone) and assess their suitability
  • Conduct initial pre-screen calls to qualify candidates against client briefs
  • Draft accurate and compelling candidate summaries and format CVs for submission
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our ATS system
  • Flag backfill and vacancy chase opportunities to consultants
  • Ensure professional, consistent communication with all candidates throughout the process

What We're Looking For

  • A tertiary qualification (degree or diploma) is required
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a resourcing or delivery role within an agency environment
  • Proven strength in Boolean search, job board sourcing, and ATS/database mining
  • High EQ and the ability to communicate confidently with mid to senior-level professionals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • French language skills are highly advantageous
