A leading company is seeking a talented Mid-Level Designer to enhance their Marketing & Creative Team. Role SummaryWe are looking for a talented Mid-Level Designer to join our Marketing & Creative Team.
In this role, you will develop high-quality visual assets for advertising, promotional campaigns, and in-store branding.
You should have a strong understanding of design principles across both digital and print, with the ability to produce work that aligns with iStore's premium brand identity.
Experience in UI design is advantageous but not essential.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital & Print DesignCreate digital assets for social media, web banners, newsletters, and display ads.Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, in-store posters, packaging, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives.Advertising & Marketing CollateralDevelop marketing materials for product launches, promotions, and campaigns across multiple channels.Create ad creatives for Google, Facebook, Instagram, and programmatic display ads.Work on retail-focused designs to enhance the customer shopping experience.UI & Digital Experience (Advantageous but Not Required)Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for landing pages, digital tools, and web assets.Support the optimisation of digital customer journeys.Work with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.Brand Consistency & Visual IdentityMaintain and evolve the iStore brand identity across all creative executions.Ensure design consistency across all marketing and advertising materials.Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.Collaboration & Project ExecutionWork closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to create compelling campaigns.Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution.Required Skills & Experience3-5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
After Effects is a plus.Experience designing for both digital and print in an advertising and marketing environment.Strong layout, typography, and branding skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
