We’re looking for a Mid Art Director with a passion for retail advertising, a strong conceptual mindset, and an exceptional eye for developing bold, impactful creative work. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop standout creative concepts for retail campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, in-store, social media, and experiential marketing.
  • Execute high-quality designs and layouts that elevate retail brands and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and senior creatives to produce compelling advertising that meets both creative and commercial objectives.
  • Balance speed and quality, understanding the fast turnaround nature of retail while delivering work that is both strategically sound and creatively exciting.
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table—this is a space to grow, experiment, and challenge the category.
  • Leverage AI and generative AI tools to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
  • Take ownership of projects, guiding juniors when needed while remaining hands-on with design execution.
  • Be a self-starter who continuously seeks out learning opportunities and new ways to push creative boundaries.
  • Collaborate with a talented team in a supportive and high-energy studio environment.
