Introduction

The NEF is hiring a Microsoft & MIS Developer to join our IST team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and enhancing ERP and automation initiatives to improve systems' solutions, including Online Application System, Data Warehouse, BI and Analytics, CRM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system data and create schemas on the Data Warehouse
• Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes
• Convert data into valuable insights to aid organizational decision-making
• Develop reports as identified and requested by business users

Qualification Requirements

• Certification in BI technologies or data analytics
• Computer Science / Data Science diploma or degree, or relevant job experience

Experience / Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft programming languages for data analysis (Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Experience creating MIS data warehouse schemas and ETL processes
• Ability to convey business information in an understandable format
• C#, Power Apps, Python or similar programming experience
