Microsoft Field Service Expert (Urgent)

Main role:

Implement and optimise Field Service solutions while serving as a technical expert.

Requirements:

1. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Field Service (preferred)
2. 3+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
3. Experience with Field Service mobile solutions
4. Power Platform configuration experience (Power Automate, Power Apps)
5. Background in resource scheduling optimization
6. Knowledge of IoT integration with Field Service
7. Experience in Agile implementation methodologies
8. Demonstrated expertise with Field Service plugins development and customization
9. Proven experience implementing Dual Write solutions
10. Strong technical presentation and client communication skills
11. Experience of gathering and documenting client requirements
12. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and configure Microsoft Field Service solutions for enterprise clients
2. Provide expertise on Field Service plugins and Dual Write functionality
3. Lead client-facing technical discussions and requirements gathering sessions
4. Translate business needs into technical solutions
5. Configure custom plugins to extend Field Service capabilities
6. Design and implement Dual Write scenarios connecting Field Service with Finance and Operations
7. Troubleshoot complex integration issues
8. Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams
