Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the design, migration, and configuration of Microsoft Azure systems, including future Microsoft 365 architecture aligned with business growth.
• Managing and maintaining Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and ensuring optimal performance and security of Azure services.
• Collaborating with the Security team to implement and monitor Azure security controls.
• Supporting and managing Exchange365, InTune, Teams, and the Microsoft Phone System.
• Deploying and configuring Azure backups and third-party backup solutions.
• Monitoring, reporting, and auditing security events within Azure.
• Migrating systems from on-premises to Azure while maintaining connectivity with global infrastructure.
• Analyzing system and application performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.
• Providing training on Microsoft systems as needed.
• Assisting in LAN/WAN infrastructure installations when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• Microsoft Azure Certification is essential.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an enterprise-level Azure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft InTune, Microsoft Ediscovery tools, and Microsoft Azure AD.
• Experience with Microsoft Phone System and third-party Azure backup solutions.
• Solid understanding of network topology and remote access devices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
