Job Title: Microsoft Solution Architect

Location: Online

Job Overview: As a Microsoft Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft environments. This role is pivotal in shaping our clients' digital transformation journeys by leveraging the full suite of Microsoft services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and implement comprehensive Microsoft solutions, including Entra, Intune, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and Purview.
2. Lead the planning, migration, and optimization of Microsoft environments.
3. Provide strategic guidance and consulting to clients on Microsoft best practices and governance.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations to enhance system security, performance, and scalability.
6. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
7. Stay current with Microsoft updates and industry trends to ensure cutting-edge solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in designing and managing Microsoft environments.
3. Strong experience in Microsoft tenant administration, including identity and access management with Entra (formerly Azure AD), device management with Intune, and security compliance.
4. Extensive knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and Purview.
5. Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Microsoft services.
6. Experience in designing solutions for hybrid environments and integrating Microsoft with other enterprise systems.
