Job title: MHR Business Developer
Job Location: Western Cape, Bellville

Key responsibilities
- Provide specialised recruitment support
- Manage and coordinate recruitment requests, projects and team activities
- Oversee MHR recruitment systems, folders and inboxes while providing support to relevant stakeholders
- Attract and source new clients, responsible for travelling to meet potential clients nationwide and negotiating contracts
- Build and maintain stakeholder relations
- Identify, plan and coordinate events to promote MHR to prospective clients and candidates, while also driving marketing initiatives in collaboration with MHR regional teams and the Operations Department
- Assist with duties such as and not limited to website design, management and maintenance, developing and implementing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies

- Human Resources Management or General Business or Marketing Qualification
Experience
ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- Approximately 3-5 years’ recruitment and selection experience.
- Proven experience in advertising job vacancies on social media platforms
- At least 3-5 years' marketing and sales experience (sound experience in promoting a company)
- Solid experience in acquiring new clients and negotiating contracts
- Experience in promoting a company through various social media platforms, while effectively managing participant enquiries and feedback in a constructive and professional manner
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in recruitment and selection within a healthcare environment will be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in website Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) with a focus on improving organic search rankings and website traffic
Job skills and knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes (including but not limited to advertising, sourcing, screening, and assessing)
- Knowledge of talent sourcing principles and appropriate application thereof
- Ability to compile and interpret relevant recruitment reports
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) with Excel intermediary skills (v-lookup, etc.)
- Knowledge of all relevant legislative and statutory requirements (including but not limited to : Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and Employment Equity Act)
- Knowledge of employer branding principles (i.e. expos, open days, congresses, etc.).
- Maintaining a professional image (well-presented) and exceptional client service skills
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- High standards of excellence and attention to detail
- Display excellent planning and organising skills
- Ability to manage a team
