The Ericsson Wallet Platform (EWP) is a product which enables our customers to provide mobile financial services. Customers are operators and banks, both of whom have very high expectations on the level of security which this financial solution provides and the way the solution is operated, integrated, and customized.

The profile we are looking for is a customer-minded colleague, with a strong background in team leadership along with a background in solution design and service delivery. You will lead the team of MFS Solution Architects and Cloud experts to deliver Ericsson Wallet Platform solution rollout as well as application development.
Role is a member of the Head of MFS Service Delivery Leadership Team.
What you will do:
- Be in full control of contractual scope and solution requirements.
- Setup and execute technical design authority model according to best practices in MFS domain.
- Align with Product Management team to secure alignment of roadmap and strategy towards customer needs.
- Act as escalation point for Mobile Financial Services deployment projects and programs in relation to design and solution integration activities.
- Be responsible for quality assurance for deliverables from MFS Solution architects and/or MFS Business Analysts.
- Grow capabilities of the team.
- Ensure compliance and ethics and exhibit exemplary role-model leadership behaviors.
- Support in recruitment of the best FinTech competence available on the market ensuring diversity.
- Ensure delivery execution according to contract/assignment and KPI/SLA/targets.
- Manage execution as per Work Level Agreements and Service Level Agreements along with management of customer escalations.
- Stimulate a consultative approach along with adjustment of ways of working to local customs with consideration to Code of Conduct and local OHS.
- Compose productive teams and manage business continuity to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Secure that financial, quality, OHS, and performance measurements are in place and continuously measured.
- Contribute to customer meetings along with building long-lasting customer relations.
- Identify & implement best practices, drive improvement programs, participate in external/internal networks.
- Ensure adherence to global processes, methods & tools.
- Drive strategy development, identify and address barriers to performance, and drive change management according to set goals.
- Implement standardization and reuse across the various MFS program verticals.
The skills you bring:
- 10-15 years of experience in team leadership positions within the telecom and/or ICT industry.
- 5+ years of FinTech experience as a technology partner for major telecom operators.
- Hands-on experience on Ericsson Wallet Platform is a plus.
- Result-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to lead multi-cultural and cross-functional teams, empowering and creating synergies.
- Can handle stressful and ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work across a variety of different delivery unit types (complexity, maturity, scale).
- Developed analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and value realization opportunities.
- Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial and Delivery models.
- Strong business, operation, and financial skills.
- Good at handling resource planning and competence development.
- University degree in Technology or Economics, preferably MSC, MBA or equivalent.
