Job Description

Requirements: Matric, Financial Services industry experience advantageous, clear credit and criminal record. Good communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills an added advantage.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently.
  2. Information and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
  3. Document Preparation: Prepare moderately complex documents using standard office software. Responsible for gathering and summarizing data for reports.
  4. Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports.
  5. Customer Relationship Management / Account Management: Make calls (by telephone or in person) to maintain and strengthen existing relationships. Act as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
  6. Financial Advice: Conduct comprehensive financial planning and advice services for more complex client situations.
  7. Sales: Deliver routine sales support services.
  8. Operational Compliance: Understand organizational policies and relevant regulatory codes to ensure compliance. Obtain necessary authorization for exceptions.
  9. Personal Capability Building: Participate in development activities, ongoing education, and industry best practices to enhance skills and knowledge.

Skills and Competencies: Effective communication, customer focus, decision quality, accountability, managing complexity, process optimization, planning, tech savviness.

Education: Matriculation Certificate (Matric) required.
