Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Driver’s license and Own Car.
  • FAIS Compliance.
  • Clear criminal and credit check.
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales).
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Presentation skills an added advantage.

This role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to an allocated market, with accountability for achieving results through individual effort.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality service, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, resolve customer problems.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find technical or professional solutions.
  • Receiving Visitors: Assist visitors and refer complex matters.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Schedule follow-ups and maintain accurate data.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives, tailor presentations, gather information, evaluate interest.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Operational Compliance: Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Business Development: Monitor sales data and identify market opportunities.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Network and represent the organization at events.
  • Data Exploration: Conduct research using primary data sources and BI tools.
  • Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company.
