Job Description
Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentation skills an added advantage
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention, process cases, deal with complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
- Solutions Analysis: Analyze specific problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
- Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors and assist with requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups and enter relevant information into CRM to support customer retention and business development.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, and ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest and needs.
- Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with potential customers and decision-makers.
- Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Business Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Network within the business sector, participate in events, and enhance organizational visibility.
- Data Exploration: Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and themes.
- Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the organization.
