Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience
  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
  • FAIS Compliance
  • Clear criminal and credit check
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentation skills are an added advantage
Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
  • Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, enter information into the CRM system, and maintain quality data for customer retention and business development.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions, and evaluate customer interest.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Business Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Network within the business sector, participate in events, gather market intelligence, and enhance organizational visibility.
  • Data Exploration: Conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and themes.
  • Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the organization.
