This role provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually accountable for achieving results through personal efforts.

The position is identified as a FAIS position within Category B. Successful candidates must comply with all FAIS requirements, including the Fit and Proper criteria related to Honesty and Integrity (e.g., free of offences related to fraud, dishonesty, or professional misconduct), as well as possessing relevant qualifications and competence.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing advice aligned with the customer value proposition and compliance framework.
• Developing, tracking, and reviewing business plans to meet performance targets.
• Working within specific allocated markets.
• Focusing on a particular range of products.
• Limited prospecting activities.
• Receiving a base salary and bonuses, with no commission involved.

Preference will be given to suitably qualified candidates in accordance with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit.
