Job Description
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s license and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Presentation skills an added advantage
Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or support retention, process cases, deal with complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
- Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
- Receiving Visitors: Receive visitors, assist with requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, enter information into CRM to facilitate effective customer retention and business development.
- Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to evaluate customer interest, and identify areas for further information.
- Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop relationship management plans to identify and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes; obtain necessary authorizations.
- Business Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Opportunities Creation: Network within the business sector, represent the organization at events, and gather market intelligence.
- Data Exploration: Conduct research and analyze data using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
- Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company.
