Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Valid Driver's license and Own Car
  • FAIS Compliance
  • Clear criminal and credit check
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentation skills an added advantage

The role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to a designated market, with accountability for achieving results through individual efforts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Providing quality service, identifying new business opportunities, supporting retention.
  • Processing cases, handling complex queries, resolving customer issues.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyzing problems to find optimal solutions, technical or professional.
  • Receiving Visitors: Assisting visitors and referring complex requests to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Scheduling follow-ups, recording interactions, and maintaining quality data for retention and development.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Setting objectives, tailoring presentations, asking relevant questions.
  • Customer Relationship Development: Building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Operational Compliance: Understanding and adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Business Development: Monitoring market data, identifying growth areas.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Networking, representing the organization at events, gathering market intelligence.
