Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Valid Driver's license and Own Car
  • FAIS Compliance
  • Clear criminal and credit check
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Presentation skills an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities to secure new business or support retention, process cases, deal with complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Assist visitors and refer complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Schedule follow-up actions, enter information into CRM to aid customer retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives, tailor presentations, ask questions to evaluate customer interest, and identify areas for further information.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  7. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes.
  8. Business Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify market opportunities.
  9. Sales Opportunities Creation: Develop networks within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
  10. Data Exploration: Conduct research using primary data sources and business intelligence tools.
  11. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company.
