Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience
This role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment. The individual is accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business, support retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
Analyze specific problems to find optimal solutions, which could be technical or professional.
Welcome visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex issues to colleagues.
Schedule follow-ups, record interactions in CRM to support customer retention and business development.
Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to assess customer interest, and identify areas for further information.
Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; seek approval for exceptions.
Monitor sales and market data to identify new business opportunities within specific regions.
Build a network within the sector, participate in events, gather market intelligence, and enhance organizational visibility.
Research and analyze data to identify trends using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
Engage in networking activities to contribute to a broad network of contacts, ideas, and technologies.
