This role provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Role Description Key / Performance Areas

Financial Advice
  1. Provides advice in line with the customer value proposition & compliance framework.
  2. Works in specific allocated markets.
  3. Works with a specific range of products.
Personal Effectiveness
  1. Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
  2. Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks, and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
  3. Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
  4. Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
  5. Accepts and lives the company values.
Relationship Building
  1. Establish sound working relationships and maximises opportunities with prospective clients.
  2. Uses appropriate interpersonal and communication techniques to gain client acceptance.

  1. Develops, tracks & reviews business plan to meet individual performance targets.
  2. Engages in limited prospecting.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications and Experience required

  1. Grade 12 (Matric).
  2. Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
  3. FAIS Compliance
  4. Clear criminal and credit check
  5. Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
  6. Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  7. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  8. Presentation skills an added advantage
