Job Description

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market segment and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, and resolve complex queries.
  2. Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which may be technical or professional.
  3. Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, input relevant information into CRM, and maintain quality data for customer retention and business development.
  5. Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, and ask relevant questions to assess customer interest and needs.
  6. Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  7. Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards; seek approval for exceptions.
  8. Business Development: Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities; build a network within the business sector; represent the organization at sector events.
  9. Data Exploration: Conduct research and analyze data using primary sources and business intelligence tools.
  10. Network of Influence: Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks to share ideas and foster influence.
