A leading company is seeking a sales advisor who will provide tailored advice on products and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate will need Grade 12, 3 years of sales experience, and a valid driver's license. You'll analyze problems, manage customer data, and actively participate in business development efforts.

Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
Analyze problems to find the best solutions, technical or professional in nature.
Assist visitors and handle requests for information, referring complex matters to colleagues.
Schedule follow-ups and record relevant information in CRM to support customer retention and business development.
Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions, evaluate interest, and identify areas for further information.
Develop relationship management plans, identify decision-makers, and enable effective communication and issue resolution.
Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, obtaining approval for exceptions.
Monitor sales and market data to identify growth opportunities.
Build a network within the sector, represent the organization, gather market intelligence, and enhance visibility.
Research and analyze key themes and trends using primary data sources and BI tools.
Participate in and contribute to networks inside and outside the company.
