Job Description

This role involves providing advice on a specific range of products to an allocated market, with accountability for achieving results through individual effort. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Providing quality service, identifying opportunities for new business or retention, processing cases, handling complex queries, and resolving customer issues.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyzing problems to find suitable technical or professional solutions.
  • Receiving Visitors: Assisting visitors and referring complex matters to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Scheduling follow-ups and entering information into CRM to support customer retention and business development.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Setting objectives, tailoring presentations, asking relevant questions, and evaluating customer interest.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Developing plans to build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Operational Compliance: Understanding and adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
