Provides advice on a specific range of products to a designated market and is individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide quality service to customers, identify opportunities for new business or retention, process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
  • Solutions Analysis: Analyze problems to find the best solutions, which could be technical or professional.
  • Receiving Visitors: Welcome visitors, assist with information requests, and refer complex matters to colleagues.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data: Schedule follow-ups, record relevant information into CRM to support customer retention and business development.
  • Customer Needs Clarification: Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask relevant questions to understand customer interests, and identify areas for further discussion.
  • Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting: Develop relationship management plans, identify decision-makers, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Operational Compliance: Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations; seek approval for exceptions.
  • Business Development: Monitor sales and market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Sales Opportunities Creation: Build a network within the sector, participate in events, gather market intelligence, and enhance organizational visibility.
  • Data Exploration: Conduct research, analyze themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools.
  • Network of Influence: Engage in networking activities both inside and outside the organization to foster connections and ideas.
