Job Title : Outbound Sales Agents at Metrofibre

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Outbound Sales Agents to join our team at Metrofibre. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, upgrades, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  2. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and promote Metrofibre products and services
  3. Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to customers
  4. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements :
  • Matric
  • IT background or qualification
  • Preferably possess A+, N+, MCSE, or CCNA qualifications
  • Previous ISP experience
  • IT troubleshooting skills, including remote troubleshooting abilities
  • 2 to 3 years of telecommunications knowledge and experience
  • Experience with website navigation functionalities and being tech-savvy
  • Criminal clearance
