We’re a fast-growing lead generation company that thrives on turning ad spend into revenue. Meta is our primary growth channel — and we’re looking for a Media Buyer who lives and breathes Facebook & Instagram Ads to help us scale even faster.
This isn’t about playing it safe with boosted posts. We’re looking for someone who understands the Meta platform inside out, from testing cold audiences to dialing in retargeting sequences — someone who’s hungry to optimize, scale, and take ownership of real performance metrics.
Meta Campaign Management: Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with a strong focus on CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
Audience Building: Develop and test detailed audience strategies (cold, lookalike, retargeting) based on customer intent and funnel position.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives and copy.
Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor performance daily, identify trends, and make fast, strategic decisions to maximize results.
Funnel Alignment: Coordinate closely with our landing page and CRO teams to ensure seamless lead generation and strong conversion rates.
Testing Frameworks: Implement structured, methodical testing (ad angles, hooks, formats, offers) to scale what works and cut what doesn’t.
2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) at scale
Proven track record of managing and scaling monthly ad budgets
Deep understanding of Meta’s ad tools, targeting capabilities, and optimization strategies
Strong grasp of direct-response principles, ad psychology, and funnel performance
Comfortable interpreting data to make fast, confident media buying decisions
Experience in lead generation or info products is a major bonus
