Job summary

Denteel Marketing is hiring a Head of Meta to own Meta ads strategy, performance, and creative direction across our dental client base. You will set the strategy, direct the creative testing roadmap, and be accountable for account performance, reporting to the founder.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Meta performance, with team leadership

Responsibilities

• Own cost per booked consultation and related metrics across Meta accounts
• Analyse weekly performance and identify bottlenecks in creative, targeting, and funnel
• Build and execute testing roadmaps to improve CAC/CPL and scale growth
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Lead and onboard a team of strategists, copywriters, and editors, and manage weekly performance reviews
