Job summary

1mpact Media is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (Remote) with proven excellence in Meta ads. You will transform briefs into large batches of on-brand, placement-safe static ads, often delivering 30–160 finished variants per brief; manage multiple client accounts with exacting typography and brand standards.

You must deliver top-tier work with minimal feedback and collaborate asynchronously within a fully remote team led by a founder and Creative Director.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing performance ads, most of it on Meta statics.
• Live ads experience, not concepts.
• Clear written English required.
• Strong typography for small screens and legibility.

Responsibilities

• Design high-volume DR statics, offers and bundles, and carousels.
• Build template systems turning one concept into 50–150 variants.
• Design for all Meta placements (9:16, 4:5, 1:1) and Google PMAX adapt.
• Follow client brand guides and AI restrictions precisely.
• Self-QA batches for legibility, safe zones, and naming.
