Job summary

diginu is seeking Sales Associates to help expand our platform across South Africa. This remote, part-time role focuses on identifying new business sectors, engaging merchants, and guiding them through onboarding to unlock marketing and customer engagement benefits.

You will work independently with flexible hours and earn commissions based on merchant activity. Prior sales or business development experience is advantageous, and you should be legally eligible to work in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly with merchants and clients.
• Self-directed and able to manage time effectively.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is advantageous.
• Interest in technology, e-commerce, or digital platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants and business owners
• Introduce merchants to the diginu platform and its benefits
• Assist merchants with onboarding and activation
• Build and maintain professional business relationships
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new industries and market segments
• Participate in ongoing product and marketing training
