Job summary

diginu is seeking Sales Associates to support merchant acquisition and business development across South Africa. This remote, independent contractor role offers flexible hours and performance-based compensation. You will identify new merchants, onboard them onto the platform, and expand diginu into new industries and market segments.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can work independently, and show interest in technology and e-commerce. Prior sales or BD experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms.
• Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience is advantageous.
• Interest in technology, e-commerce, or digital platforms is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential merchants and business owners.
• Introduce merchants to the diginu platform and its benefits.
• Assist merchants with onboarding and activation.
• Build and maintain professional business relationships.
• Identify opportunities for expansion into new industries and market segments.
• Participate in ongoing product and marketing training.
