Job Specification

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Space Planning, the successful candidate will ensure merchandise across all stores aligns with the company's visual merchandising standards. This role supports store performance by overseeing product presentation company-wide.

Key responsibilities include acting as a dotted-line manager to store managers, guiding and aligning visual merchandising standards, designing and executing appealing displays to enhance customer engagement and sales, ensuring consistency across stores, and collaborating with management teams for effective display implementation.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma
• 5 years related experience

• Optimize fixture utilization to reduce unnecessary procurement and improve turnaround times for store relays.

• Adhere to planograms and floor plans across stores.
