Job summary

The Building Company in Brackenfell is seeking a Stock Controller to ensure stock is correctly located, binned and displayed and that display systems are well maintained. The role focuses on merchandising, stock control, customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will manage customer interactions, assist with promotions and ensure stock counts and stocktaking are carried out accurately. This is a permanent, on-site position in the Wes-Kaap region.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 and 1–2 years' experience in a similar position.
• 1 year's shelf packing/merchandising experience.
• Knowledge of general building material environment is essential.
• Proven success in personal selling (achieving sales targets).
• Ability to manage and coordinate regular stock takes.
• Interact with customers.
