Qualifications

Job description

Role Summary We’re looking for a hands-on Merchandiser & Sales Representative to support our expansion into new retail spaces and strengthen our presence in existing ones. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is passionate about FMCG, and enjoys working directly with customers and retail partners. Key Responsibilities : Merchandising :

  • Deliveries at outlying clients.
  • Ensure products are properly stocked, front-facing, and attractively displayed in retail spaces.
  • Implement and maintain in-store promotional materials and planograms.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment or reordering.
  • Instore stock control.
  • Report on stock movements, sales trends, and competitor activity. Market Growth & Administration
  • Identify new retail opportunities and assist with onboarding new stockists.
  • Capture field activity reports, customer feedback, and visual merchandising documentation.
  • Provide input on improving processes, products, and promotional strategies. Requirements :
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • 2 years’ minimum experience in merchandising, sales, in FMCG preferred (but not essential).
  • 2 years minimum driving experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, self-manage, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
