The role involves identifying market trends, training staff, and ensuring stock availability. Candidates should have a National Senior Certificate and experience in sales and hardware retail.
Display products in stores, and ensure necessary stock is always available.
Keep up to date with and report on market trends and customers' needs.
Identify opportunities for store range expansions.
Determine customers' training needs.
Train in-store staff on products.
Assist with demo training days or trade shows.
Skills and Knowledge :
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience : Experience in sales and hardware retail.
Education : National Senior Certificate.
Remuneration : Commission-based, company car, petrol card, phone/data allowance.
